Staff Nurse
The overall purpose of the Staff Nurse position is to participate in and oversee the assurance of the provision of resident care services consistent with accepted standards of care. The health care professionals are skilled in all phases of the nursing process. He/she is adaptable to the needs of the individual and family during health and illness and has the ability to prioritize. The nurse assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates daily resident care.
